• 1 semi-hard cheese (manchego, provolone, comte)
• 1 hard cheese (Asiago, Aged Cheddar, Irish Cheddar, Parmesan)
• 2 cured meats (salami, prosciutto, peppered salami, serrano ham, pancetta)
